Today’s HotS report comes from our Creativity Centre in Mashimoni – it has started to rain in Nairobi, paving the way for a possible El-nino as forecast by the meteorological department here.
Because of the lack of a quorum in the team, due to pressing commitments, the rest of us took time to spend in prayers and confessions. We remembered those that we prayed for in our previous HotS, we prayed for protection over the families of kids in our programmes and those of staff members, and we did not forget to raise petitions about the organisation and our donors who sacrificially support the programmes and initiatives we are involved in.
So, even though we did not venture out, we felt a sense of God being with us and hearing our prayers.
